Ingredients

(For 4 servings)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or allulose)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp strong brewed Geeky Nana coffee (chilled)

  • Optional toppings:

    • Shaved keto chocolate,

    • Dollop of whipped cream,

    • Crushed keto cookies or nuts


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Add erythritol, vanilla, and chilled coffee to the cream cheese. Mix until fully blended.

  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and mousse-like.

  5. Spoon into dessert glasses and chill for 1–2 hours.

  6. Top with chocolate, nuts, or whipped cream before serving.
