Ingredients:

2 tbsp dark roast ground coffee (traditionally robusta)

2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
 - 
1 cup hot water
 - 
Ice
 - 
Optional: Vietnamese phin filter (can also use French press or pour-over)
 
Instructions:

Add sweetened condensed milk to a glass (adjust to taste).
 - 
Place your phin filter over the glass. Add coffee grounds inside, tamp lightly.
 - 
Pour a splash of hot water to let the grounds bloom (wait 30 seconds).
 - 
Fill the filter with the rest of the water and let it drip slowly (takes ~4–5 minutes).
 - 
Once brewed, stir to combine, then pour over a tall glass of ice.
 -
