Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time $40 design setup fee for each new custom design. Once your artwork is created and approved, we'll keep it on file so you can reorder anytime without paying the setup fee again.

Is there a minimum order?

No! After your design has been created, you can order just one item or as many as you need. Whether you need a single closing gift or fifty holiday gifts, we're happy to help.

How long does it take?

Most custom orders are designed within 3–5 business days. After you approve your design, production and shipping times vary depending on the products you order, but most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks. If you have a deadline, let us know, we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Absolutely! We offer discounted pricing on larger coffee orders.

Can I mix different products?

Yes! Many customers combine coffee with mugs, tumblers, candles, or other branded items to create a unique client gift. You choose exactly what works best for your business.

Do you create gift baskets?

Not at this time. Instead, we specialize in creating beautifully branded products that you can mix and match to create your own gift baskets or client appreciation gifts.

Will I see a proof before my order is made?

Absolutely. We want you to love your products. You'll receive a digital proof of your custom design for approval before production begins.

Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered, destination, and package size.

Can I reorder later?

Yes, and that's one of the best parts! Once we've created your custom design, we'll save it on file. That means you can come back anytime and order one item, ten items, or a larger quantity without starting the design process over.

What file types do you need for my logo?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) provide the best results, but don't worry if you don't have one. We can often work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files, and we'll let you know if we need anything else.

Can you help me with the design?

Absolutely! If you already have branding, we'll work with it. If you're not sure what you'd like, we'll help create a design that reflects your business and looks great on your selected products.
